Persimon milkshake

 

Serves 2

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

For the cake:
      • 2 ripe persimon, top cut off and cut into small cubes
      • 150ml/5fl oz milk
      • 175ml/6fl oz natural yoghurt
      • 2 tsp. sugar

 

Method

      1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
      2. Pour into glasses and add ice cubes to serve
