Ingredients
For the cake:
- 2 ripe persimon, top cut off and cut into small cubes
- 150ml/5fl oz milk
- 175ml/6fl oz natural yoghurt
- 2 tsp. sugar
Method
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
- Pour into glasses and add ice cubes to serve
